About me

If you’re like most of the men I work with, you’re doing the best you can at life. You’re doing the everyday practical things that need to be done to keep you and those who depend on you afloat. You’re committed to your work, relationships, health, dreams, passions, goals and the many other dimensions of life, because ultimately you want to thrive, not survive.

You’re after making a mark on the world and those around you and become a better man in the process and that really matters. You know your wins set you up to be a better leader, husband, father, son and friend. Plus, your success will unleash the resources and freedom you need to be the best at home and work.

But there’s something in the way, isn’t there?

You want this vision fo your life, you want it to be as seamless as possible but it just seems like it’s out of reach; like there’s just no time for it. You’re either working hard to take care of what needs to be done or your being present in the moment. And when you’re trying to be present you can’t help thinking of what needs to get done.

The sense that you’re shortchanging one priority for another feels never ending and everyday something’s just got to give and most likely it’s the the important ones like health, relationships or your personal development. Sound familiar?

I’ve been there too.

I know what it feels like to feel frustrated and overwhelmed even when I’m doing my best to succeed at life and I know what if feels like being alone doing it too. In my twenties, I didn’t really have those men; mentors or coaches to help pull out and refine the natural strengths in me and to tell me that I had what it took to the get to next level. In my thirties, as I began to surround myself intentionally with men like that, I began to learn about my gifts and took the necessary steps I needed to get here today.

And I began to dream about how I could help other people…

I know if I had the circle of men surrounding me then like I have now, I would be so much further along the way. That’s why I began to reshape who I was from a full-time missionary, community and people developer to a coach, mentor and speaker, so I could be for men today, what they need to get to the next level in life.

But my best accomplishments are at home. I’ve been married to my favorite traveling partner Gabrielle, for over four years and I’m enjoying enjoying the amazing gift I have in my son, Kalino.

While I’m still on my journey, I’ve discovered that there’s power in men standing with men and how much you put in is always going to determine what you get out.

Can I help you do the same?

Together with my team, I help men dig through their frustration and junk so they can find peace, joy and the courage to succeed at life.  Our mission is to give you the courage and the tools you need stop all the noise and make an impact on life.

Through course like our growth mastermind, free resources and this blog we’re creating a place where men can get equipped for everyday life. We’ve seen men trade surviving for thriving. We hope you’ll join us.
